SPEED, ACCURACY & CONFIDENCE

Let's face it, you are in business to make a profit and in manufacturing, profits are all about speed and accuracy. Consider these points:

Have You Ever?

• Scrapped parts because the spindle of your mill was not square with the table?

• Broken a tool or crashed your mill and did not want to take the time to see if the head had moved out of square?

• Started a job on your mill, not knowing who had been on the machine before you and what problems they had?

• Taken heavy roughing cuts on a part followed up by close tolerance work only to find that the head had moved out of square?

The old time consuming chore of squaring the head of your mill just got easier, faster and extremely accurate with EZ-TRAM. Our tool will take away the headaches of scrapped parts, wasted time, lost money and indecision with respect to perpendicularity. With EZ-TRAM, you can quickly and accurately check the squareness of the mill directly over the work without removing the vise. These rugged tools come with a 30 day money back guarantee and a lifetime warranty.

We all know that squaring the head on a manual mill can be a difficult and time consuming job. Most machinists avoid it whenever possible. However, after tilting the head OR breaking a tool, this operation is crucial, especially if there is precision work to be done. With EZ-TRAM, perpendicularity of 30 MILLIONTHS per inch is easily achieved and this is done DIRECTLY ABOVE THE WORK (where it should be done) without removing the vise. Simply clean off the mill table. Place the EZ-TRAM over the vise and work set-up*. Attach your indicator to the spindle of the mill and bring the indicator contact tip to the surface of the EZ-TRAM. Zero out the needle and swing the indicator a full 360 degrees to check or align the head. The large gaging surface of the EZ-TRAM is gentle on your indicator and allows rapid movement of your tool.

* large work set-ups may need to be removed.
